  Made champ first experience to the vet comfortable. Staff went out of their way to get him out of my vehicle saying he had never been on a leash before. When They treated him for his ear infection they made sure that he was not in pain. Staff was very friendly and considerate.

  North Creek is not the cheapest vet clinic but probably is the most caring. We had a negative experience with another Kilgore vet and decided to try them out. Glad we did. They are very thorough and are not just herding dogs and cats through there they way some of the other clinics do. Our Boston terrier has issues and they carefully and thoroughly dealt with each one. It does cost money, so if price is everything to you, they are probably not the best choice, but if you need true high quality health care for your pet, North Creek is probably your best choice. Good service is seldom cheap and cheap service is seldom good.

  10/27/17 I brought my 11 month old dog to North Creek Animal Hospital. The staff are very friendly and helpful however the prices are completely ridiculous. They charged me six hundred dollars to x-ray my dogs leg and for some pain medication. On Monday 10/30/17 we received a quote for the surgery that was two pages long totaling over $2500. We instantly knew this was ridiculous so we consulted with Kilgore Vet Associates on Monday to find out the surgery with all of the things that come along with it would total for less than $1000.
